Three new managing directors join firm to build global services
Navigant (NYSE: NCI) today announced the strategic expansion of the
firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) global consulting capability. The IP
team will assist clients with assessing, valuing, and managing IP assets
in today’s innovation economy.

The Navigant IP team is led by David Yurkerwich, a noted expert in the
field with a long history of working closely with IP holders, legal
counsel, and investors to assess value in strategy, transactions, and
disputes. The core IP team includes existing Navigant IP experts Jim
Pampinella and Renee Wong, and newly hired managing directors Chris
Spadea and Peter Hardigan.
Based within the firm’s Disputes, Forensics & Legal Technology (DFLT)
segment, the IP team will work closely with legal counsel, inventors,
owners, and investors across all industries, with a particular focus on
collaborating with Navigant teams in Energy, Healthcare, Life Sciences
and Financial Services. The team will assess IP assets and markets,
facilitate IP transactions and provide expert analysis and testimony in
IP disputes.
