Mr. Biegelman is a recognized expert on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and anti-corruption compliance, financial investigations, due diligence and corporate compliance design and implementation. Throughout his more than 35-year career, he has held leadership positions in law enforcement, consulting and the corporate sector and is widely considered to be a subject matter expert in the detection, investigation, and prevention of fraud and corruption.
Mr. Bilbrey leads Navigant’s West Region Technology Solutions practice. Mr. Bilbrey has been in the litigation consulting field for more than 19 years, and has extensive experience directing the identification, collection, analysis, processing, hosted review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI). His current focus is electronic discovery, ESI processing/hosted review, and strategic consulting regarding workflows in all stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Mr. Bonanno has 30 years’ experience in healthcare administration. He has extensive experience in both hospital and medical group healthcare administration, specializing in operational assessment and reengineering, managed care contract negotiations, service line development and revenue optimization strategies, physician compensation and productivity design and in the evaluation of various provider integration strategies.
Mr. Elkington has 24 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer engaged in the construction and engineering sectors. For the last 20 years he has been primarily involved with FIDIC based civil engineering, rail, infrastructure and building contracts, and EPC and fabrication contracts relating to oil and gas and power projects. His experience includes cost management and consultancy, claims, arbitration and litigation support, expert witness evidence and contract advice.
Ms. Frost has over 20 years of experience in finance, strategy and litigation work, with a particular emphasis in the financial services industry. Ms. Frost began her career as a financial analyst and credit auditor with a major money center bank. She has performed and supervised detailed credit analyses, ranging from thousand dollar equipment leases to multi-billion dollar project finance syndicates. Although versed in a variety of credit-related issues, she has particular expertise in the origination and securitization of residential mortgages. Ms. Frost has led numerous large-scale, data-intensive engagements involving complex commercial litigation, government investigations and nationwide class actions.
Mr. Goetzler’s work at Navigant focuses on energy-related issues for buildings, performing technology and market assessments, conducting modeling and analysis, and providing strategic planning assistance for public sector organizations, utilities, and manufacturers of products such as HVAC and refrigeration equipment, appliances, building controls, lighting, and renewable and distributed energy systems. He has 25 years of engineering and consulting experience in sectors including defense, industrial equipment, and energy.
Mr. Kapoor has expertise in the valuation of asset backed securities and credit derivatives, including residential mortgage backed securities, cash and synthetic collateralized debt obligations, and credit default swaps. He has consulted to global investment banks, large mortgage banks, financial guaranty insurers, and government regulators. Mr. Kapoor also has significant M&A valuation experience and intangible asset valuation experience.
Mr. Peruchini has a national leadership role at Navigant identifying emerging issues and strategic responses to market developments. Mr. Peruchini has spent more than 12 years coordinating a wide array of services to clients from, Fortune 100 corporations to law firms, and across numerous industries including banking, energy, finance, healthcare, insurance, security, steel and transportation.
Mr. Sicuranza has more than 14 years of experience advising mortgage finance, government and banking organizations including several Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in providing solutions that help clients optimize the use of financial and operational information to improve profitability, minimize risk capital and address regulatory requirements. He is a proven engagement leader with the ability to manage large complex projects in risk management, business and financial analytics, and operational effectiveness.
Mr. Varghese focuses on risk management matters in the financial services space. He also has extensive residential mortgage servicing expertise. Mr. Varghese specializes in the area of governance, risk and compliance and has advised multiple companies in the design and implementation of effective internal controls.
