Navigant Consulting Announces Managing Director Promotions

CHICAGO, Mar 19, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:NCI), an international consulting firm providing dispute, investigative, operational, risk management and financial advisory solutions to legal counsel, government agencies and companies experiencing regulatory or structural challenges, today announced the promotion of 17 of the Company's Directors to the position of Managing Director.

Mr. Adams is a member of the Company's Energy Litigation, Regulatory and Markets practice. He specializes in issues related to regulatory strategy; rate case management and support; cash working capital; affiliate transactions; benchmarking; and regulatory audits and reviews.

Lisa Frantzis (Boston)

Ms. Frantzis heads the Company's Renewable and Distributed Energy practice. She has 27 years of experience in managing extensive technical, market and economic analyses of renewable energy systems.

Mr. Schur has 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry providing business planning and development; strategic planning; and life cycle management services. He has also supported product launches and assessments in multiple therapeutic areas.

Kenneth Smith (San Francisco)

Mr. Smith specializes in strategy development, opportunity assessments, new product planning, licensing, partnering and market analytics for healthcare/life sciences clients including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, drug discovery and medical device companies.

Hao-Chau Tran O'Connell (San Francisco)

Ms. Tran's experience in Navigant Consulting's Life Sciences practice includes strategy development at the corporate, franchise and product level, as well as market and opportunity assessments that support partnering activities and new product planning.

Mr. O'Toole has more than 17 years of accounting and financial consulting experience, focusing on business interruption, extra expenses, physical damage reconstruction projects, multi-claimant liability disputes, product recall, third-party liability disputes and fidelity losses.

Michael Skweres (Chicago)
