Navigant Consulting Announces Appointment of Three Vice Presidents

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 14, 2006--Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:NCI), an international consulting firm providing dispute, investigative, operational, risk management and financial advisory solutions to legal counsel, government agencies and companies experiencing regulatory or structural challenges, announced today the appointment of three individuals to Vice President and Executive Committee roles.

Vice President of Strategy & Organizational Development - Jeff Green

Mr. Green is promoted to Vice President from his most recent role as a Managing Director in NCI's Disputes & Investigations practice and interim Chairperson of the Company's Dispute, Investigative & Regulatory Advisory Management Committee. Based in Washington D.C., Mr. Green has focused much of his 18 years in the professional services industry on advising clients on the financial, economic, accounting and information management aspects of their commercial disputes and investigations. In his new role, Mr. Green will have responsibility for leading Company strategic planning and market positioning, acquisition investment strategy and integration, and will oversee the Company's business development activities.

Vice President & Business Unit Leader: Business, Financial & Operations Advisory segment - Sharon Siegel Voelzke

Most recently, Ms. Siegel Voelzke served as interim Chairperson of the Company's Business, Financial & Operations Advisory Management Committee and served as national leader of the Financial Services practice. Based in Princeton, NJ, Ms. Siegel Voelzke began her career at Peterson Consulting in 1988, and over the past 18 years has played an integral role in the growth and development of the Company's business advisory solutions. Her specific expertise relates to assisting large corporations in addressing operational changes as a result of regulation, reorganization, and other management directives.

Vice President & Business Unit Leader: Dispute, Investigative & Regulatory Advisory segment - J. Donald Fancher

Mr. Fancher joins Navigant Consulting from Deloitte & Touche where he most recently served as the National Managing Principal for the Forensic Services practice within Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS). He was also a member of the Deloitte FAS Executive Committee and served on the Deloitte & Touche Service Development Board. Mr. Fancher has 20 years of experience assisting clients and leading practices in forensic and dispute consulting, in a variety of geographic and practice area leadership roles. Based in Atlanta, Mr. Fancher brings a strong combination of practice management and client service experience to Navigant Consulting.

In their new positions, Ms. Siegel Voelzke and Mr. Fancher will have overall management responsibilities for the Company's two primary business units, including managing strategic planning and market positioning strategies; identifying and leveraging emerging market opportunities; optimizing the distinctive capabilities of individuals and teams within the operating segment; and supporting the overall growth and development of our practices.
