A new report from KLAS™ based on feedback from hospitals and health
systems has rated Navigant Cymetrix the top revenue cycle outsourcing
(RCO) firm.
Navigant Cymetrix received the highest overall RCO score among six firms
analyzed in the KLAS report, “Revenue
Cycle Services 2017: How do RCS Firms Measure Up to Providers’ Needs?”,
and it achieved the top score for five RCO indicators: money’s worth;
service delivery met timeliness; executive involvement; overall
satisfaction; and likelihood to buy again.
