Navigant (NYSE:NCI) announces that James “Jim” Mapes has joined Navigant
as a key member of its healthcare practice leadership team and leader of
Navigant Cymetrix, a provider of comprehensive business process and
revenue cycle management solutions.
Mapes brings more than 25 years of senior management experience to the
leadership role, including more than a decade in healthcare business
process operations and technology services. He comes to Navigant from
Genpact (formerly GE Capital), where he led the organization’s global
healthcare business and served as practice leader for the integrated
healthcare and life sciences business.

and Blue Shield, Perot Systems, AIG (American International Group), and
Prudential Insurance Company of America.
