Stacey brings deep focus on creating a culture of leadership as
health systems evolve

Navigant (NYSE: NCI) today announced the addition of Rulon Stacey, PhD,
a recognized national and international healthcare leader, who brings a
future-focused, leadership-driven approach to its multidimensional
client engagements.
Stacey joins Navigant’s Healthcare segment as a Managing Director and
will lead the Navigant Leadership Institute, which will provide timely
and relevant industry guidance and support to health systems as they
transition from fee-for-service to value-based reimbursement.

Stacey is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and
currently serves as the chair of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality
Award Board of Overseers. He also chairs the CEO Circle of the
International Hospital Federation in Geneva, Switzerland, and is an
Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota School of
Public Health. He previously served as President and CEO of Fairview
Health Services, President of the University of Colorado Health, and
President and CEO of Poudre Valley Health System, among other leadership
positions. He has been lauded with accolades, including Modern
Healthcare’s 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare, and the
Public Administrator of the Year from the University of Colorado. He has
also authored multiple articles and books and is a Past Chairman of the
American College of Healthcare Executives.
